Hello there!

My name's Linda and I live in a little town in Bavaria, Germany, together with my dog Falko (australian shepherd), my cat Selina, two lovely ducks named Gustav and Gisela and two rabbits named Flavio & Flecki.

I'm a musician, playing double bass, violin and piano mostly for orchestral purposes. My favourite composers are Shostakovich, Mahler and Mussorgski.
Except classical music I listen to literally all kinds of other genres including metal, indie-rock, rap, emd and everything else. Bands I like are for example Good Kid, Arctic Monkeys, Queen or Fewjar.
If you're also a musician - doesn't matter which genre - I'd love to hear about that!

Besides listening to music I love reading books with good characters and much diversity. My favourite books at the moment are Good Omens (Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett), The Song of Achilles from Madeline Miller, Call Me by your name by Andre Aciman and my all time favourite Lord of the Rings.

I'm also a writer myself, I'm currently writing a big fantasy novel with dragons and a novel about nostalgia.

I love playing video games as well, at the moment due to the pandemic I like online games I can play with my friends (like Valorant or League of Legends), but I also enjoy single player games a lot. I love The Witcher for example, all Lara Croft Games or Evoland. When I was younger I always playes Tetris, Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario World with or against my grandmother, that was lots of fun.

My hometown is near a military training area, so we have lots of space and a lot of great nature. I love being outside, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin, being tickled by the grass and hearing the birds sing their songs. I guess I'm a tiny bit romantic when it comes to nature, don't judge me.

I like postcards with your place on it or with the nature of your country. But in general I'm not that picky, I'm happy about every postcard I get and I love to hear from people all over the world.
