My name is Yulia. I am from Kazakhstan.

I was born in Baiconur. First and biggest cosmodrome in the world. All first launches 🚀 into space were made from my home town: first satellite, first animals, first man and woman.

Then I moved to Moscow for study.

Then I moved to the Netherlands, again for study, I lived in Breda, and traveled a lot in Europe.

Then I moved to Belgium, I lived in Gent.

During my life in Europe I discovered postcrossing and was enjoying it a lot.

In 2016 I started working for one of the best cruise ship companies Royal Caribbean. I work as a bartender and I really love my job and my life style. 7-10 months I spend at sea, working, making new friends and traveling all over the world. After I have 2-5 months vacation, which I spend again on traveling, meeting with my friends and families and my hobbies.

I love reading, I have e-reader full of books of different genres. I am a big Harry Potter fan.

I love drawing, I am just a beginner, but I have some improvement in my painting skills.

I love watching series. Some of my favourite series are Game of Thrones, Big Bang Theory, Friends, Money Heist, Magnificent Century (and a lot of others, which I am lazy to list). I love watching different genres, and finding interesting series from different countries. Also big fan of manga and anime. (Pokémon and Sailor Moon love forever). Disney and Pixar also have special place in my heart.

I love snowboarding 🏂 Winter sport holidays are one of my favourites, and I’ve visited so many mountains 🏔️

I love cross-stitching. This hobby makes me calm, and I enjoy doing it while watching series.

I love travelling, I’ve visited more than 80 countries and keep going. During my travels I buy post cards from all over the world and I like to send them.

I love BTS. I am an Army. In 2024 I am planning to visit Korea. Besides also enjoying watching doramas. (Boys over floweres was my first one)

I love learning new languages. During my live in Belgium I was taking Dutch courses and I am good enough in it, and at the moment I am learning Korean.

I love Marylin Monroe. I have several books about her and I watched all her movies.
