Xanty

I'm originally from South Africa, but moved to Portugal a few years ago. Live up North in a city called Braga, very pretty and a very laid back lifestyle. I'm fond of animals, have a beautiful Newfoundland dog and a cat. Very passionate about the welfare of animals and cannot cope with any type of cruelty to these beautiful creatures. I enjoy cooking and love exchanging and trying out new recipes. Love travelling and have travelled to different countries and to learn different cultures. I enjoy reading, from romance to biographies, history and any other interesting literature. I love visiting bookstores, and the old ones are especially interesting.

I visited an orphanage in Mozambique a while ago, and I would one day love to do voluntary work in ophanages around the world. Another dream I would like to fulfill is to work with Chimps and Monkeys, my favourite animals. Circuses should be banned from using animals for their shows! Clubbing seals should be seen as a crime! Using elephants to attract tourists should not be allowed...and the list goes on and on.
My favourite flowers are tulips.

Any type of postcards are very welcome, preferably not blank postcards...write something about your country, about yourself or anything else that crosses your mind. A phrase in your native tongue would be nice....(I'll translate on Google if i don't understand) :)
