I'm Franek. I'm 23 years old. English is obviously not my first language, so forgive me grammar mistakes I'll make.

I was on Postcrossing few years ago. Now I am back and I hope to exchange more postcards!

Where am I from? I live in central Poland in Zgierz. It's a smaller town near to the big city called Łódź. My region is made of contradictions. Łódź is a industrial city with concrete landscape, well known for its chimneys and old factories (which I like by the way). But at the suburbs of Zgierz I have completely different world - fields, river and forests, where I love to walk! I think my taste is always somehow based on what surrounds me, and can be contradictory too.

My username I've choosen - Vodnik - means water spirit here in slavic folklore. I identify with it very much. I love being in water and swimming. I love being by the sea or by the lake and in forest. If you have water, sea themed postcards or something with trees or anything green I will appreciate it very much! Fairytale creatures like mermaids, fairies etc. are always great too.

But if you have something from your city I will like it too.
Generally I don't have very strict requirements for postcards because I don't want to make it stressful! I like all postcards I receive and I thank you in advance! These are only suggestions, I can write more.

I am interested in astrophysics, love space pictures! This is really exciting.

My other love is Earth itself, I love gemstones, crystals, minerals. I collect them.

I am taking photos of everything - photography is one of my passions. I like to make my own postcards from photos. I like taking 3D photographs. I also love creating graphics, patterns. If you are creating something by yourself, don't worry to show it. I love handmade postcards because they really show the person who send them.

My other interest are dolls. I use dolls for photos, I like big headed dolls like Pullip, Byul, Tangkou etc. If you are in doll collectors fandom you know what dolls they are, if not, just don't mind! I know its not the popular hobby but I wanted to mention it here.

On other hand, I like 70s rock and heavy metal. Music is extremely important in my life so its also something I wanted to write. My favourite song is Starbreaker by Judas Priest.
