Привет, Hello, Nihao, Hallo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm Val from Saint Petersburg, a marvelous city with a 300-year history and unbelievable viewes.

I'm a 4-year student, interested in politics, chinese culture (especially its language, that I'm studying now), sport (especially skiing and swimming). I also like reading (interesting books, magazines ab' politics and cinema), watching breathtaking films (historical specially) and programmes.

As for reading, that means a lot for me. If you are at my home, nice bookshelves will be looking at you with their A.Pushkin, M.Bulgakov, F.Dostoyevsky, N.Berdyayev, V.Nabokov, H.L.Borches eyes. They are also will be laughing with the grim of utopia & antiutopia.

Throughout cinema production, my favourite films are: "Amarcord" by F.Fellini, "2001: A Space Odyssey" by S.Kubrick, "Morte A Venezia" by L.Visconti", "The Godfather" by F.F. Coppola. I also love C.Chaplin (spec. his "The Great Dictator"), S.Coppola and A.Tarkovsky. A great number of russian soviet classic is also under my ardent interest!

To take it on the whole, I'm into travelling,theatre and music life (S.Petersburg,as you know, is full of such entertainment). I like caviar, the northern lights, sun&snow, taking fotos, keeping diaries, watching clouds passing by!

I also like writing letters and sending postcards,that's why I'm here!

I would like to receive from you any postcard you wish. I think even profile&presentation can depict a clear picture of a person, so you should feel it, what a posty will be mine! @)

By the way, I write ab' some preferances:
_ interiors of museums
- postcards with well-known artists or their works (of your country)
- delicious desserts&food (may be even national,if it's not difficult to find such)
- mickey mice
- hand-made ones!!!
