Hello=)

My name is Uliana. I am from Novosibirsk - the capital of Siberia and the third most populous city in Russia.

I am an Android developer. I like my work but sometimes I feel like I would be happier if my work involved more communication with people. Postcrossing give me a chance to understand how people from other countries go about their lives. And I like it =)

My passion is painting especially watercolor painting.I dream of illustrating children's books but I'm still learning. I like sketching outside, when it's warm a friend of mine and I sometimes get together and just walk around the city for hours and draw what we see. We also go on painting holidays to discover new places and, well, draw.

Through painting I discover the world. Did you know that the male platypus has a poisonous spike on its foot that can kill a dog. I did not know until I decided to draw the platypus :)

I am happy about every postcard but a little bit more happy I am about:

- Art
- Anumals espessially giraffes, raccoon, capybaras, dogs
- Birds
