My favourite Hobbies are inline skating, motor biking, bicycle riding, gardening and anything outdoor. I am very much interested in technical stuff, too. I am socially committed in different projects in my community i.e. www.kjib.de or kids church. I also support some of our 40+ refugees from Afghanistan and Syria in learning Deutsch and to get ahead with work/education in Germany. And last but not least I sing in our little church choir on special holiday and at our yearly christmas concert (Händel, Bach...) ;-)

The village I live in (www.bruchhausen.eu) has about 900 inhabitants, of which I know approx. 50% personally ;-) It is situated above the river Rhine and it is very scenic. We even have an Indian restaurant that also offers italian food and icecream !!!

I enjoy living here with my family of 4 (wife, daughter and son), because people still deal with each other and are not anonymus. It is close to my work and at the same time nature is right next to my porch. Quite a few people in our village still grow wine and each year there are wine fests around. Traditions are still kept year round.
