I am open to pretty much any kind of postcard, but am not particularly interested in anything too "cute." I love the bizarre, the quirky, the scientific, the puzzling, the old and distressed (real vintage as opposed to faux vintage), anything you care to send. Art cards are very welcome - send me a picture of the work of an artist from your country. I am also interested in anything having to do with postal history (post boxes, post offices, writers, writing, stamps, etc.), the ocean, and coastal communities and places from anywhere in the world. I am also open to receiving your collage postcards.

I am a writer, editor and artist, living in a small town on the west coast of Canada. My background is in science, particularly marine biology, and when I was writing a lot I often wrote about science and nature. Recently, I have started to focus more on the visual arts and am particularly interested in collage and mail art.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping, beachcombing, SUPing (stand-up paddle boarding), cooking, reading, writing letters, and spending time with my family.

I also love to travel and have been lucky to visit many countries, including France, Poland, Venezuela, New Zealand, Tonga, etc. Sadly, I was not so much into collage or mail art at the time! While I love being in nature, I also enjoy wandering cities, poking into shops, museums, going down blind alleys... In the next few years, I am hoping to start to be able to work less, so I can travel, make more art, and write more letters!
