Hi there!

My name is Tineke and I'm 23 years old. Leiden is the place I call home, one of the most beautiful cities in the Netherlands in my opinion! I am currently looking for a job but have a BA in African Studies and two MA degrees, one in Literary Studies and one in Media Studies. In my spare time I like to dance (balfolk, a modern kind of folk dancing), read (obviously), watch movies and spend time with the special people in my life.

At the moment I speak three languages very well (Dutch, English and German) and three a little (French, Kiswahili, Afan Oromo). I just started learning Portuguese as well, and I love it! Please write to me in any of these languages, everything is welcome :)

Of course I like every postcard I receive (you actually spend some of your precious time to send me something, thank you!) but I would especially like one with:

-Literature/books/libraries/people who are reading (I love Jane Austen)
-Vintage cards (30 years or older!)
-Science fiction/super heroes/fantasy (I love Harry Potter!)
-(Traditional/folk) Dancing (or ballet)
-Colorful art (like Monet or Klimt)
-Beatrix Potter
-Anything related to Africa
-Old (/vintage) maps
-Pretty, magical cards (people from Russia seem to send these quite often! I love them!)
-Sheep
-Dachshunds ('wiener dogs')
-Penguins
-Seals
-Dinosaurs (I'm also a fan of Jurassic Park/World!)
-A university in your city/country (especially if you go there yourself)
