Behind this account is the mother (Petra) and twins (a boy named Vili and a girl named Timna) who were born November 2010. (Birthday cards would be fun around that time...) We live in rural Finland with our dad/husband and a bunch of pets.

Twins love all kinds of animals, pets or local to you. (Suurella are Vili's favourite animals.) Photos taken by you, landscape cards, drawings, self-made arrangements, etc. are equally fun to receive. Variety in cards is the greatest fun, so just pick one out of your stash, make one, or buy one in sale, we will equally love it! None of us is a collector but we all love receiving mail. Just remember there are CHILDREN eagerly waiting for your card. 😊

As a mother, I think Postcrossing is a great way to make the world "smaller", and allows the children to learn that we all are very different, yet very much the same. I have always loved travelling, and did so quite a bit when I was younger. However, I have not been able to take the children around as much as I would have wanted... due to many different factors... You sharing something about your life, your country, your culture, and your own thoughts is a valuable input in helping the twins grow into "world citizens". Thank you for being part of our life - we treasure your cards and those few lines you write. <3
