Tamerlane

I can honestly say that I'm a travel aficionado. It is more than a hobby, it is an obsession. Itinerary and planning are my forte so it is of no surprise that I collect postcards, maps and brochures of the places I've visited and the ones I'm yet to see.

The world is such a huge place that 3 lifetimes are not enough to see it all so I count on you, my dear friends, to send me postcards of the places where you live (town, city, village, country, historical/archeological sites, beaches...whatever you decide!)

I'm a translator but my great love is literature (I hold Master's degree in English literature). If I could travel through time, I would choose the 19th century and would hang out with Lord Byron, Jane Austen and Edgar Allan Poe. I also have this unexplained passion for castles and fortresses, I don't know why that is, maybe it's the romantic in me trying to come out.

I am looking forward to your postcards, whoever you are and from wherever you come from and I hope that mine sent to you will make you smile, at least just a little :)
