About Aušrinė...

Hi!

I am Aušrinė.
I like to read books, do scrapbooking and paint. I love cookery, drinking coffee with my friends, playing the guitar and travelling. I`m also very interested in photography and art. My favorite books are: "The Perks of Being a Wallflower"; "Harry Potter"; Inheritance Cycle; The Catcher in the Rye and many other. I like walking outside, smiling, listening to indie rock, autumn, cold days, rain and dream catchers.

If you don`t know what to send I like:
* art (paintings especially)
* pin-up girls
* tea/coffee
* dream catchers
* black and white photography
* tattoos
* graffiti
* candles, fireplaces
* fashion
* nature of your country
* stars, planets
* in December - Christmas postcard
* in January - birthday card
* from India/China/Japan/Taiwan/Thailand/Indonesia/Australia/New Zealand - a card with national things
* handmade postcards
* carousels (especially those old ones with horses)
* unicorns and rainbows
* Harry Potter <3
* Eragon (Inheritance cycle) and dragons <3
* globes
* raining/snowing/coldness
* hands, fingertips
* Arctic Monkeys / Vampire weekend / MGMT / The Beatles

If you can`t find any of these or don't feel like sending such postcards, don`t worry just pick a card that you think is nice :). For me the most important part of the postcard is the text that you write.

You can send me free, ad postcards, also postcards in envelopes if they match my favorites list, I really don't care how you get your postcard and how much it costs. I like handmade postcards. The fact that people spend their time making postcards and send them to me makes me happy.

If you don`t know what to write on a postcard you can write:
* your favorite quote
* your favorite recipe
* your favorite book and movie
* some interesting facts about your country or city
* something in your native language with a translation
* your hobbies
* your favorite season of the year and an explanation why

Please, write the date and if possible, the temperature and weather conditions.

I also would love to have a pen friend. We could write each other letters sometimes, so if you`re under 18 and want to try this, just write your address on the postcard.

Happy postcrossing :)!
