Hello there!

My name is Veronika and I'm a PhD student in molecular biology. I am originally from Slovakia, have studied in Britain and now I'm living in Austria. I love reading and will devour basically anything from literature classics to graphic novels. I also enjoy making things of all sorts, whether by baking, stitching, knitting or painting. However, I go outside as well to hike and travel and do a bit of Geocaching when I can.

I think real mail is great and I bring postcards from wherever I travel to and every museum I visit. It's slowly getting out of hand...

I particularly like pictures of landscapes, landmarks, everyday people and works of art. There's many places I haven't been to, so please send me a piece of it in the post!

Alternatively, imagine I'm a 23 year old girl from your country and send me a card you would do in such a case. Cuteness is by no means a problem!

I'm not a great fan of silly and children's postcards, which probably makes me very boring, but oh well...

There is nothing in particular I'd like you to write: I enjoy the different things people come up with. However, if you're really stumped, instead of just putting 'Happy Postcrossing' you can write me your favourite quote and why you like it :)

Please include a date and time on your card, I'm curious whether it was 3pm or 3am!
