Stellingwarf

I'm Jan and i'm living in the northern part of the Netherlands in the province named Friesland in the region Stellingwerf, which has its own dialect. I'm pensioner but very busy with all kinds of projects: a'm writing a book about bells (those in churchtowers); in a local paper I weekly write about plaques (tablets)that you can find sometimes in the front of a house, with names in it or dates or initials and so on; I am a bridgeplayer for two years en weekly you can find me on the tennis-court with contemporaries.
I made some icons in Russian tradition and recently I learned the first steps of bookbinding; i'm collecting poststamps.
I had college in Theology and about 25 times a year I deliver a sermon.
It woud be nice to receive cards with churches, icons, cribs or tekst in dialect; but I'll be glad to any message from you.
