Dear postcrossers! 
Update 2022-01-02
Such a long time since I've done my last postcard. Life can be difficult, and loving things get lost in the daily grid... now it's time to revive!

I'm Steffi,born in 1972.After nearly two years without a "real home of the heart" I've found my place of destination. It's called "Wildenburger Land", in Germany. And I love to live with my family:My husband,my adult son and two cute pets: Mavis, a dachshund girl & Luna, siamese cat girl.
A little story about the reason why… 
On our doorstep was a big american letterbox.Almost every day it was crammed full of bills,business letters and advertising.Sometimes a small parcel could be found,and only very rarely a personal letter or a postcard.In the course of time we said often the adage"keine Post ist gute Post" - in english maybe something like"No mail is good message" - because we were mostly glad when the mailman put nothing at all in the box.It was a pitty actually.Long I've been thinking about,how to manage that there is a reason to rejoice about the daily mail.Then I heard a report about Postcrossing on the radio.I was very fond of this idea,and I searched then in the Internet.So I landed here on this platform now.
The second reason is this: 
Up to now I haven't traveled really far away.It simply has not meant to be.But with Postcrossing a part of me goes on that journey with the cards.So I'll be happy about every postcard you choose to send me - no matter from which corner of the earth.
Which cards I prefer? 
I like all kinds of postcards-each one is a surprise!Also homemade cards, double cards or cards in envelopes are appreciated and welcome. I am happy about anyone who sends a few friendly words on a beautiful card to me.If you dont know what to write,so please tell me your reason for Postcrossing.Or something about your dreams,your daily work,hobbies or even something you are interesting in.
Finally here are a few examples to my interests and hobbies (roughly):

❤ Listen to music (mainstream, pop, swing, metal, classical music, poetry in my mother tongue, even relaxation music... colorful and different)

❤ Singing sometimes 
❤Painting 
❤ Photographing 
❤Work on the PC (photo editing, put together clip shows, writing texts, lector work for the projects of my husband etc.) 
❤Crossword puzzles
I like: 
❤ My family 
❤ The nature 
❤ Every kind of animals; big, small, tame or wild 
❤ Flowers, trees, leaves, each season 
... and so much more.
Just for technology,urban buildings,cars and PC games I cannot find many sense.
