Hello world!

My name is Sophia and I'm a 19 year old student at Leipzig, Germany. I love literature, series like Mad Men, philosophy, arts, sports and music

Thank you in advance for reading my profile and trying to find a nice card. I know some of my wishes are harder to find than others, therefore I listed some 'plan b'-alternatives, too, that are pretty easy to find.

You'd make me really happy with :

- fairy tales
- children's book illustrations
- postcards with something like a Tv/cartoon/ childhood character that is famous in your country only.
- flower fairies such as those by Cicely M. Barker
- fairies in general
- Pin Up's
- mermaids,
- Gorjuss
- Inge Look

- paintings by John William Waterhouse
- ... or any impressionist painter
- fly agarics (:
- peacock feathers
- flower bouquets
- paintings of royals etc. from the 15th to 19th century... those kind of cards one often sees at museum shops (:
- paintings of reading/writing women
- Paintings/portraits from the 16th to the 19th century (:

..Writing the date would be awesome as well, but not neccessary^^

Dislike is a strong word, but I really DON'T like
- typical tourist cards (single-/ or multi-view)
- touristy landscape cards
- photorealistic animal cards!...sending one to me would be such waste. I know many like them, I don't :D
- ad-cards (if they have nothing to do with any of the things I mentioned..if they do, I don't mind :)

To me, reading another persons profile, thinking about and finding the perfect card is half of the fun. I would never dare to take a card lying around at my table :/
I always try to find a card that makes the person who'll get it happy cause it suits it's wishlist and preferences... because I think if everyone does so we'll all end up happy : D

Please write something more than 'Happy Postcrossing, greetings from'- no matter what! Maybe your favourite book? A quote? (:
