Hi everybody! My name is Galya. I’m from Ukraine. I’m 23 and I’m a teacher of English at school #6 in Kirovohrad.I am also receiving master’s degree at the School of Foreign Languages. I can speak English mostly, and a bit German, if not to take into consideration my mother tongue-Ukrainian, and Russian.
I am a real patriot of my native country! I love everything connected with it-our songs, traditions, nature, people - EVERYTHING!
I’m very muсh interested in communicating with people from different countries. I like to travel a lot. I have been to Egypt, Austria, Germany and Chech Republic and of course I’m travelling throughout Ukraine.
I also like to read interesting books, especially poetry. My favourite poets are Ann Akhmatova, Marina Tsvetayeva, Eduard Asadov, Sergey Esenin,Bella Akhmadulina, Lina Kostenko and a lot of others.
I really like handmade and I have always appreciated other people’s work. I will be thankful to you if you send me a handmade postcard. It will be a real treasure to me.
I also really enjoy listening to music. I listen to all musical styles.
If you want to write something on your postcard to me, write something pleasant and from your heart.
I would like to get to know about the traditions of your country,maybe some words in your native language with transliteration for me to know how to pronounce them. And of course I would like to get some facts about your personality, just the main ones - name, age, what do you do, your hobbies and so on...
