I suggest to put them into an enveloppe, it's quicker and safer to get them..

I'm an almost 40 year old single mum, with two kids ( boy Arthur is 8.5, girl Morgane is 10.5)

I plan to give them your cards when they are grown ups, and aged enough to understand the meaning of all your words... you can wish them something, explain your vision of the world, your philosophy of life, what are the causes you defend... something you would like to say to a young adult, or just some words that can help when reading at them..

I think that could be a nice present for the future adults they will be.
