I am already an old lady and not wise and not quiet.
I love life and everything that goes with it.
Bavaria is my country where I live with my husband.
Our little town has a wonderful old town center.
It is located directly on the Danube and here we live to our luck too. It's nice to see the ships and go for a walk there. The legendary Danube Gorge is only a few meters away and the famous Weltenburg Monastery is not far away. There is one of the world's best beers ... brewed by the monks themselves.
In less than an hour by boat across the Danube, you are in the monastery. You can also drive over the Danube with little kisses, but I'm not brave enough for that. Sometimes the Danube is pretty wild. And Lady Danube is not a harmless stream either.
I like to sit on the balcony and read or watch life on the dike. In the summer there is always something going on, but also in all other seasons offers the Danube much to look.
On the dike, along the Danube, there are many benches and there you can relax and watch the bustle on the river.
I can dream in a deck chair in good weather on the balcony. Maybe then I dream of the many beautiful postcards that exist in the world.
