I am a married female living in Saskatoon Saskatchewan Canada. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work, a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies, and I recently completed a Master's research project on harm reduction strategies in addressing homelessness and addictions in Canada. I work in the field of Justice and my husband works in the beautiful country of Guatemala - a second homeland for us.

When not working, I enjoy taking classes either in cooking, language or academics- I will never grow tired of learning new things. I enjoy beautiful writing and all that goes into sending decorative and vintage snail mail.

My favorite activity is travelling with my husband. I grab my traveller's notebook to capture all of the wonderful memories that occur along the way. We enjoy getting off of the tourist paths and exploring the local favorites, culture, history and eclectic people we meet along the way. I feel so blessed to have learned of the cultures we have so far and we are both grateful for the kindness and respect mutually shared with each location we have visited. Besides writing, I have a passion for photography which also helps to capture the world around me.

I adore the concept of Postcrossing and am so glad I came upon it by accident. I look forward to hearing from so many others around the world and learning about the people and places they call home. I appreciate photgraphs, personal art or drawings, various poststamps, hearing about your day, community, culture, a favorite place where you are from- anything that is important to you or tells me about you and your home city. Thanks for taking the time to write!

PS: Really, I appreciate any postcard, however, my favorite would be a postcard identifying where you are writing from such as a landscapes, landmarks, or similar. I am also a fan of stamps and unique cancellations:)
