Hi! I live in Nijmegen which is the oldest city in the Netherlands (not that you would know it by looking at most of the buildings here, but it really is over 2000 years old). I work as a psychologist with forensic psychiatric patients and could be considered a nerd since I love science fiction (Start Trek, the X-files, Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, I think you know what I mean), playing video games (RPG's), zombies (note: I would NOT survive the zombie apocolypse, but I could help you survive if you do all the work haha), stargazing and reading about cosmology. I don't travel much now, but hope to travel more in the future, I especially love the UK and Ireland :). On a more social note: I love hanging out with my friends, preferably going to pubs or watching really bad horror movies (yay, so many to choose from!). Also, I love animals, but unfortunately I'm allergic to a lot of pets :(. Fortunately I'm not allergic to hamsters, because I own 2 of them. If this were my resumé, I would say I love to go for a run, but I guess I can be honest and say that I hate going for a run and I just do it because of the exercise...;).

My preferences are:
- landscapes with snow, animals in snow, landscapes with nice lighting (like sunset) (not just pictures, cards based on paintings or drawings with this are also fine)
- weather related (lightning, clouds, etc)
- sea
- sci-fi related
- stars/moon/planet
- animals (especially hamsters and sheep, but all animals are okay)
- the Muppets
- anything funny or cute
- anything else you think of when reading my profile

As far as I know, I don't have any phobias that could be triggered by a subject on a card, so feel free to send me antything you like in that regard ;).

My preferences are just some pointers, I would like to receive anything you would like to send me. Something completely different might spark a new preference or interest, who knows :).

My only no-go: please do not send me religious cards.
