Scherzkeks

Hello everyone!

My name is Anna and I was born in a kind of small town in Germany. I finished my translation/language/literature studies and moved to Berlin more than 3 years ago :) I did two internships: working in journalism and with foreign exchange students. Now I'm working on my master's degree in African Studies.
I spent half a year studying in Brussels, Belgium and before I lived a year in Anaheim, California. I'm studying translation so that one day I will at least be able to speak 6 languages fluently ;) So far its only three...
I LOVE everything connected with language and culture and travelling.
Besides, I also really like milk chocolate (surprise ;)), reading, winter and snow, mexican food, bright colours, good movies (you might want to consider watching "In Bruges", "L´Auberge Espagnole" and "Into the Wild" one day), public transport (I think using the underground is great) and collecting snow globes from all the cities (at least capitals) I have been to.
Concerning the question what kinds of postcards I like the most, well, I don´t have any special wishes. I really like funny, artistic and colorful ones, and especially the ones which express life and freedom and the endlessness of opportunities (hard to describe ;)), the ones where bicycles are pictured in an interesting way and streetart. I'm confident that you are going to pick a good card anyways ;) What I really would like though is, if you teach me your favorite word in your language on the back ;) That might help me to achieve my goal one day (see above). And also, feel free to draw (if you like). Little pictures are great ;)
