Sava_istaba

Hello!
We are a community art project that unites people with mental disabilities and people without them. We have an art studio where everyone is invited to create art together and people with mental disabilities are encouraged to come and participate!
In our studio, people are not healthy or disabled, everyone is just an artist :)
We are called "Sava istaba" ("A Room of One's Own" in Latvian).

We are convinced that all people are different, and that every person’s individuality, like a piece of art, makes the world richer.

We decided to take part in postcrossing as this is very much about individuals and cultures all over the world. Our artists will be happy to receive a postcard from you! We put the postcards on the walls, and they make everyone happy ♥

We'll be very happy to get a postcard that you choose for us and please write about yourself, about your life, about what is important for you, what you are interested in.
