My name is Saskia and I'm 34 years old. I work parttime as a teacher at a primary school.
I am married and I am mother of two boys: Sven is 7 years old and Luuk is 4 years old.
I like photography and reading, and I'm interested in art, history, nature and culture.

One of the nicest parts of Postcrossing is choosing and sending a postcard to someone. I have got a little stock of postcards and - if it is possible - I try to choose the right card for you.

My favourite themes in random order:
- old houses, barns
- castles, historic buildings
- architectural detail
- stairways, doors and windows
- lanscape & wilderness: lakes, waterfalls, trees, rocks etc.
- beautiful sky
- chocolate, coffee and cookies
- black and white
- art (Escher, Klimt, Vermeer, Rodin, Giovanopoulos)
- (old) bridges
- streetlamps
- everything related to post: mailboxes, postmen etc.
