Hey you! 😁

My name is Serena and I am an 37 year art-teacher, living in Rotterdam. I really love my job. To teach young students to be creative, even when they think they can't be and they deliver a beautiful piece of (art)work... Priceless!

A few things about me.
🦋 I love the wind blowing through my hair when I walk on the beach, especially when I walk on the beach of Scheveningen.
🦋 music is a great part of my life; I wake up and go to bed with it.
🦋 watching movies and series (McLeod's Daughters made me fall in love with Australia) Netflix and chill hihi...
🦋 growing up with a older brother made me a big fan of DC comics' Justice League
🦋 photography.
🦋 To relax I love to draw mandala's and do some embroidery
🦋 spiritual journey: I'm reading and learning about light workers and holistics.
🦋 sports, especially fitness, I like to stay in shape, not become the female version of Arnold Schwarzenegger :)

I'm also creating my familytree. Already found some amazing people and gone generations back! I took a dna-test, to find out what my background might be. It turns out I'm a big part Scandinavian. Who would have thought! Amazing what you can find these days!

🎨 As an art teacher I will be happy with any art-cart. I may use it in my classroom! (Personal favorite is Frida Kahlo.)

In surch of new ideas for the paintings I like to make, I'm inspired by Frida Kahlo and Jane Davenport. I'm a big fan of the mixed-media technics.

I'm happy with any postcard I will receive. Every postcard is a party in my mailbox!!
