Dear Postcrossers! If you like sending postcards (I know you do :) you can give lots of joy to very ill children from 'Dream Post'. Unfortunately, the site is only in Polish, but if you click on kids' photos, you will find their addresses (in blue fields). All addresses are in Poland.
If you have a spare postcard, you can send it to one of these kids :-)

My name is Paulina, I live in the centre of Poland.
A few words about me... Hmm. I enjoy reading poetry, going for long walks. Music is an important part of my life. My favourite bands are: Muse, MCR, Linkin Park, Placebo, Oasis. I am a huge fan of "House, MD" and recently I've fallen in love with "Legion". I like rodents, neuroscience, thunderstorms, listening to the falling rain, watching planes fly over my head, chocolate... And cats =) I am a happy owner of two adorable ones :)
I love to learn about foreign countries, languages and about other people! I will be very happy if you write to me about your life and your country or town. The more, the better! =) Reading your stories is the best part of Postcrossing to me :)
Please, write your name, the name of your town, the date and the weather. Thank you.
Also, it will be great if you add a sentence in your native language:)
If you speak German - feel free to use it! :)
Each received card makes me very happy! But if you need some inspiration, I would love to see something connected with your town or country, its culture, history or nature, such as:
# multiviews (up to 6-8 photos) are welcome! #
* people in traditional costumes (photos preferably)
* indigenous people (famous ones too)
* traditions, folklore, art, local handicraft & food
* open-air museums / ethnographic parks
* cottages, old farmhouses; wooden, stone or red brick buildings
* views of your town/region, street views
* historic sites, ruins, castles, Gothic and Romanesque architecture
* rock formations, mountains, deserts, volcanoes
* national parks
* cards made from food packages
* hand-made cards are very welcome
I would like to feel the spirit of your country through your card =)
I prefer my cards written & stamped (no envelope, if possible).
But the best cards are those fully written =D Share a piece of your life with me! :)
Please, write a few words about what is shown in the postcard, I would love to learn something interesting about it.
I will appreciate it if you choose a card that presents only your own country.
I prefer real photos, not illustrations.
I really enjoy pretty and/or unusual stamps!
I like stickers, tapes, colourful pens etc. too, so feel free to decorate your card :)
My only NO - no spiders, please. I have a phobia ;P Thanks.
These are just suggestions. Remember that every card I receive is special for me and brings a smile to my face! As long as you enjoy sending the postcard, I enjoy receiving it =)
