My name is Rebecca. My hometown is Cixi city Zhejiang province China. After graduated from university, I have been working in an international company in Shanghai China until now. There is a world’s third longest bridge in my hometown, Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge with a total length of 36km and bridge length 35.7km. My hometown is rich in red bayberry. Cixi bayberry plants 2,000 years of history; there are 19 varieties, the best species to water chestnuts. Its reputation not only in China, in recent years has been out of the country, more and more favored by people of different colors. I like reading, travelling and I’m a food aficionado. As is well known to us all, China is one of four ancient and civilization countries in the world. Victor Hugo is my favorite foreign litterateur. He is a great writer and thinker. I think he is the most romantic realism litterateur. To the Chinese, cooking is an art in itself. Chinese cuisine places emphasis on color, aroma and flavor. Not only must a dish taste good, it must also appeal to the senses to be able to when the appetite.
