Hi there,

my name is Birte and I'm living in the western part of Germany.
My postbox is definitely receiving too much commercials lately, so I decided to sign up here.

I love spending my time with my dog (a German Sheperd), reading books and listening to music, meeting friends and baking. I'm intrested in histrorical stuff and old black and white photos or historical advertising (actually all kind of vintage stuff). As I'm working in the IT-Environment I also enjoy surfing the web looking for geeky stuff.

I'm interested in what you would like to tell me about your countries. What do you like about your home? If I were to visit your country one day, which places do you recommend me to visit? Do you have a favourite recipe you would like to share? A book you would recommend me to read? Some bands I should know?
