Hi Guys,

Got interested in this website due to my over-enthusiastic boyfriend. So, here I am. In a few years time, we'd like to have all the walls in our house plastered with postcards. I am really looking forward to meeting all of you guys.

So, a little about myself. I am 23-year-old (recently graduated ) English teacher at a secondary school in Holland. I currently am living in the beautiful city of Den Bosch. Things I really enjoy are: Arts, theater, cooking, owls, cats, children's animations, old fashioned scenery, traveling, languages, American/British/Scottish/Irish and Australian culture. I am a total literature geek and enjoy extensive reading. Currently reading The omen machin.

Next to this, I watch all kinds of series and films, specifically Arthouse and real crazy psychological stuff. All-in-all, any cards that fit the above interests will lighten my day. Although, I am really not a big fan of typical/cliche touristic postcards, so please don't send them. You can always check my favourite list. Seasonal cards can be fun, but I like them te be special. No standard text/candle/mistletoe cards please.

Furthermore, I'd like to know something about you. What makes your day special? Who makes your life special? What do you love about your country? I want to know who you are, and how special you are. Yes, I know, I mention the word special a lot;). I just really like to know what makes you happy every day. Please write more than: "Happy Postcrossing".
