Pippi

Hello Postcrossers,

I'm Jolanda and I'm older than I want...so I say for the last 19 years that I'm 27 years old :-)
Together with my silly man and even more silly and adorable 10year old daugther, I live nearby Eindhoven. We live in a beatifull green area. We hear the birds sing and krickets tjirp..

For the last 17 years I worked in the youth care. Now I work as a teacher in vocational education. I haven't found my ideal place yet, but I will.

In my spare time I love to be creative. I'm always in proces with five or six creative projects. That can be stitching, knitting, drawing, mixed media, writing, making stamps, photography, sewing, making cards, and all kinds of projects with paper.

Since I'm a little girl I like Pippi Longstocking. Luckely for me my daughter loves Pippi as well.
We tried to lift a horse, but that's only possible for Pippi.
And Karlson on the roof is also a great book from Astrid Lindgren.

Last spring we had our first introduction with the Moomins, in London. Last summier we saw them Alain in Norway and now we love them. We love the adventures.

My little girl is a nog fan of Harry Potter. She has read all the books, including the cursed child. Now she's learning English, because then we're going to London, to the play of the cursed child.

We also love to geocache. Geocaching is worldwide looking for hidding treasures. It is so lovely to do; walking in nature, having a picknick, seeing a lot of different mushrooms, different flowers or trees and meanwhile searching for the hidden treasure.

Last summer our bernese mountain puppy, Leo, was born. He has been living with us since the end of October. He's so much fun, he's clumsy and sometimes a little too nosy.

I do not have a special wish for postcards. Postcards you want to recieve yourself bescause they give you a good feeling, I want to recieve as wel.
