Hello!

My name is Delphine (it comes from "dolphin" in latin and greek) and I live in Lyon, the 3rd biggest city of France. I love my town as it's big but nice and quite green with many historic spots but also modern constructions. I've got a 7 yrs old son who's a little tornado and loves to read books about the big bang, to play chess and talk about robots. I'm a university librarian recently specialized in geography books and maps!. I sometimes consider myself as an old map's nanny :) I love to read, to collect lego figurines, to discover new people and new countries.

Here are some ideas... :
- Touristic postcards with a view of your country / city (I love cities by night),wildlife/animals of your country, famous monument or places, typical food, beautiful landscapes, traditional crafts, folklore costume...
- Library, books or maps related postcards.
- Pin ups
- Vintage photography, black and white, vintage ads for old products.
- Cute animals especially little mammals and rodents (rats, mice, guinea pigs...) or baby animals.
- Cute or fairytale illustrations (mermaids, unicorns...)
- Paintings, graphic design and art in general
- Seashore/beach related postcards

I'll be happyto receive any postcards but please no "free ad" cards. I'd like if you write things about you and explain the card and if you can put a nice stamp, it would be great! I don't care if there is an enveloppe or not. If you have no idea about what to send me, take a look at my "favorites" to see the kind of postcards I like.

I love to choose the perfect card/stamp for you so I may not send the card the exact day I pick up an address but I register your postcard the day I receive it.
