Hi!

I'm Pia, an 20-year-old girl living and studying in Helsinki, Finland. Before starting Uni I did some backpacking and volunteer work in Europe and then I ended up living six months in Barcelona as an au pair, looking after three children! My mother comes from Austria and my second native language is German, so feel free to write me in German too. :-)

In my free time I love to play the guitar and sing, listen to music, go jogging and do other sports. And I love books! My favourite one is probably Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I'm also really interested in arts, other cultures and languages.

I would love to get a postcard that shows how it is there where the postcard comes from - for example a picture of your favourite building or landscape, or something about your culture. I'm not a huge fan of those touristy postcards with many small pictures though.

If you have a favourite poem, it would be nice if you wrote it on the postcard. Delicious recipes are also very welcome! Also book recommendations would make me more than happy. You could also write something about yourself (who are you, what hobbies do you have, what makes you happy, what are your biggest dreams) or your country, and it would be so nice if you wrote some word in your language and translated it to English. Of course, any kind of postcard will make me happy! :-)
