My name is Philomena (Phil for short). I live in Ireland with my husband and baby. We live in a large town called Athlone, it is in the very heart of the country. I grew up on a farm but my parents have recently sold it and moved to a different part of the country. I am from Scotland originaly, we moved here when I was 7. My husband is from Gambia (West Africa).
I'm a stay-at-home mum right now and my husband works in a hotel.
I love reading, that's my favourite hobby. I'm also a writer, I've been writing poetry for years and have written a few short stories. I'm also currently working on a novel - it's a murder mystery set in Australia!
The kind of postcard I would like to receive is one that shows me the beauty of your country - I don't mind if it is a picture of a town/city, or a picture of the countryside!
PLEASE do your best to send me this kind of card - today I received two postcards, one with an Easter chick on it and one with a drawing of a little girl and was disappointed with both! I keep getting these cards and I don't like them!!!
