About Alina...

Hello! My name is Alina and I am 20 years old. I live in Moscow, Russia.

I am a student of Higher School of Economics. I am interested in everything, but my main hobbies are: reading, watching films and travelling. Besides, a few years ago postcrossing became one of my hobbies, so...

You can write on the postcard anything you want (but do not forget to write a date) : write about yourself, your family, town(!)/country, hobbies, dreams, plans to life, you favorite music band or animal, some words on your language (with translation, of course) - all you want. Some days ago I started learning German that's why I will be happy to receive cards with some sentences in this language. I am also interested in literature so you can mention some of your national poets or writers. Do not be lazy and write as much as you can because I appreciate every your word. For me it is really interesting to know something new.
I enjoy receiving all kinds of postcards, but I will be very happy if you send me a card with something about your country. It will be perfect if you send something original or unusual. I have not already received handmade/with your own photos postcards so I think I will be glad, if you send one. I am also fond of postcards with

-landscape, cities, monuments,museums and other sights (food and paintings (!) of your country;
-surrealistic and bright cards;
-popular films of your country;
-famous people of past/present (also the charecters of serials: Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sherlock, FoQ, QaF);
-beautiful views of your country's nature;
-cards from different festivals which are hold in your city;
-foxes, wolves, crows;
-sky;

Also, you can send not the postcard, but the letter in the envelope (I have received some - it was great!)
If you prefer to send an envelope, please also include something from your country that is ordinary. Like a ticket stub, store receipt or something that may mean nothing to you but would be most welcome to someone in another country :)

In any case, I am waiting for your card :)

Happy postcrossing!

P.S. If you are from Japan, I like anime too so you can choose a card with it ^^
