About Daria...

Hi everybody!
My name is Daria - Lily and I'm from Saint Petersburg, Russia, which is quite a great city.
Student, artist, photographer, writer, wanderer. World greatest stuff-doer.

I've graduated School of Arts and enrolled into university to study Medicine.
I'm interested in painting, especially, impressionism and post-impressionism, architecture, foreign languages, books and all sorts of fandoms. Currently I am the head of my city Doctor Who-fandom, organising all sorts of offline meetings.
Oh, and I absolutely love travelling!

I will love any card you send me.

However, if you seem to have some problems with the choice, there're some types of cards that I would be especially pleased to receive:
*beautiful film photos;
*old/vintage cards (vintage ad cards or movie posters are love!)
*anything related to Sherlock Holmes, Agatha Christie, Doctor Who or Audrey Helburn
*photo (or art piece) with the view of your home city or your country;
*minimalistic cards;
*beautiful sketches or water colours;
*books
*anything related to Claude Monet and/or other impressionists
*Van Gogh or Alfons Mucha cards.

Finally, please, don't write just write "happy postcrossing". I would enjoy reading something about some peculiar tradition you have, your dog or they way your day went.
If you have absolutely no idea, then line a from your national anthem, favourite poem or novel would be appreciated.
It would also be quite interesting to see something written in your native language. (However, please, don't forget to translate it for me.:)

Thanks you for your attention.
Can't wait to hear from you,
Daria - Lily. :)

P. S. I am always happy to write someone. If you want a card or a letter from Russia, feel free to let me know!
