Hi there c: My name is Nina. I'm 15 year-old living in the city of Gomel, Belarus (not really big city, population about 600 000, but nevertheless the 2nd biggest in Belarus) with my parents and two younger sisters.
I'm studying at a gymnasium (practically the same as usual school here, but the level of education is higher) and different kinds of studies take most of my time (well, except just wasting time serving the net or something like that). I enjoy learning new things, so it would be great if you write some information — about your country (legends, stories, interesting facts, etc.)/city, town or village and your Favourite places in it (I'll look for their photos), hobby, whatever! About my hobbies. I've finished drawing and musical school, so I play the piano, and I started learning Deutch (if you speak it, please, write something not very complicated, ok?) and playing the guitar (it seems harder than piano, really). I like reading, my favourite genre is science fiction, though I don't have a favourite book. And I love animals (I have a cat, a love-bird and also an aquarium with fish (I haven't counted them recently)). And, of course, I like to travel and my dream is to visit Canada and the United States (and many other countries too ☺)
Well, speaking about postcards. Beautiful and unusual stamps are great, at least because we don't have any choice of stamps in Belarus (such a strange post system). The postcard can be any that you like, but if you're struggling to choose, here are some tips:

✔ animals (my favourite are cats, but any are awesome; my younger sister Sasha likes elephants)
✔ interesting/beautiful photos (or pictures) of your town/something connected with your country
✔ space and stars
✔ black-and-white pictures
✔ postcards with water objects—oceans, seas, lakes, rivers
✔ funny or strange or just unusual postcards
✔ postcards with chocolate, coffee, sweets, tea—everything you think is tasty
✔ with a picture of Snoopy or Muppets or Moomins or Paddington Bear(do such postcards exist?)
✔ hand-made postcards. Or if you want, draw something small on the backside of postcard. I'll be very, very glad
✔ postcards with cartoon characters (especially from Disney and DreamWorks cartoons)
✔ flags. Just a postcard with the flag of your country
✔ culture of indigenous peoples
✔musicians or everything connected with music (some bands I like (don't think you have such postcards, but anyway, here are some most likely to be placed at postcards: MCR, Our Last Night (well, I just like them), Queen, Elvis Presley, AM, Guns N' Roses)

And please write something. Write about your day, your work/studies, your family, pets, hobbies, advice me a book or film, whatever.
