My name is Olga, I live in Saint-Petersburg, but I grew up in a little town that is known as "the city of brides", it`s called Ivanovo. So if you are a single man, now you know where to go ;)

AS FOR POSTCARDS
I will enjoy any kind of card, but of course I have some favourites, you can see them on my "postcards wall". Retro style is welcome, bright funny drawn pictures are very welcome. I like everything that makes mood better! And I want to feel your good mood through your postcard!

AS FOR TEXT-IDEAS
For me postcrossing is something more than just sending a picture. Who needs such difficulties if you can just buy a postcard in a shop? So your text for me is much more important than a picture. I want to feel you, I wish to understand who you are.

I would be grateful if you write about your interesting national traditions. For example, I've heard that in some countries natural flowers are the symbol of death, so people present each other only artificial. In some countries parents choose brides or grooms for their children. In some countries it's improperly to visit your friends after 6 P.M. in weekdays. It`s so unusual for Russians! It's so interesting! Do you have something yours in your country? Write me about that!

Moreover! I enjoy traveling. I hope someday I will visit your country, your city. Write me about your favourite place in your town. It doesn't matter if it is a park, a bar or a museum. Or everything at once. I'll try to visit them all, I promise :)
