About Sarah...

Hi!

I'm 27 years old and I live with my boyfriend in Aachen. We have 2 fish tanks: 330L freshwater with little fish, bigger fish, shrimps and underwater snails, and 140L saltwater with clownfish, anemones, shrimp and corals :)

--> Challenge for March/April: Please draw a fish on the back of your card :)
You can have a look at the drawings: https://plus.google.com/photos/105034732761905360714/albums/5975431217914819473
Every challenge lasts 2 month and again 2 month later (when hopefully all cards sent in the months before will have arrived) I will pick a winner who will receive a card from me :)
Have fun!

I like many kinds of postcards, especially pretty single view cards.
Here is a short list of things I like most:
- night views
- snow/snowman
- fish/ocean/sea (please no more dolphins...)
- guinness postcards :)
- colourful postcards
- any of my favorited cards ^^
- in december: christmas cards (christmas cards with snowmen are always welcome)
- art: colourful art by Keith Haring or James Rizzi, but also Gustav Klimt, August Macke, Franz Marc, Monet, van Gogh, and many more :)
- Flora & Fauna of Belarus (please have a look at my favorites to see the ones I have not yet recieved)
- maps out of pictures (like this: http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/BY-887171 ) or out of words (like this: http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/BY-881415 ) or other unusual maps (like this: http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/NL-1859596 ) - NO real maps please! Please take a look at my favorites for more examples :)
- big letters filled with pictures (like this: http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/US-2284577 or this: http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/UA-653049)

You would make me extremely happy with these things:
If you want to, you can take a look here for my collections: https://picasaweb.google.com/105034732761905360714
- outlines of something in front of a sunset, sunset silhouettes
- Pettson & Findus
- shells, stones
- waves
- butterflies
- underwater life
- squirrels, mice
- hedgehogs
- reptiles, amphibians
- poppies, sunflowers, dandelion/blowball
- snails
- snowmen
- art by Leonid Afremov
- Did you know? postcards
- alcoholic drinks
- Jane Austen

What I don't like are funny postcards (especially I hate animals wearing clothes).

It's ok to send free/ad cards as long as the quality is that of a real postcard and they are nice (just ask yourself if you'd like to recieve it yourself) :)
I also like folded cards if they fit my wishes :) But please, use the extra space you have to write much more than just "Happy postcrossing".
