Hello there!

I should have been registered here centuries ago! The cocktail of beautiful cards, foreign countries, casual acquaintances and maybe even scent of mystery and adventure – is very appealing.
Or maybe only such a bookworm like me could find mystery and adventure in piece of paper? Oh, well… Anyway I like the idea of postcrossing and would be glad to take part in it.

I enjoy the process of “choosing” the right thing for someone. So of course I will consider your wishes about cards.

As for me, Im not really picky. But if you like to please me, you may choose these themes:
- black and white pictures
- history, especially 20s
- very old photos (people, streets, buildings)
- trains and ships
- views of breathtaking landscapes (esp. sunset, ocean, mountings)
- pin-up
- vintage colourful advertising postcards
- books
- cosy cafes (cups, cakes, cute barista xD )
- music
- cooking
- Elvis (!)

Also you may send pictures of your city or something connected to it.

And would be very interesting to get a handmade card.

In my list there will be just one "NO" - Odry Hepburn. I just don't like her. Any other old-movie stars are appreciated :)
I dont think it would be a problem as there are thousands of her fans everywhere.

If you don’t know what to write on the other side, here are some ideas:
- your favourite poem, proverb, saying, quote from book
- what you have been doing during the day, before you sent me this card
- if you are sending a card with the view of your city, would be great if you write what places are interesting there and where you spend your free time.

There is another idea. I like writing letters. So if you could “pretend” that we know each other for a long time and write something in easy friendly style – it would be perfect.
