Hey there! I'm a food chemist currently living in Darmstadt, Germany. I think postcrossing is an incredible idea - who doesn't like to get postcards!? I love knitting, sewing, mountainbiking, hiking, Pilates and concerts (mostly black metal, stoner and post punk). I'm a passionate cook and try to live an eco-friendly live. I've learned a little Swedish, Arabic and French, but I'm far from being fluent, nevertheless, if you speak the above mentioned languages, you are welcome to include one or two sentences in them - maybe I'll understand ;)
If you have absolutely no idea which postcard to send, here are a few ideas:
- Art Nouveau, (Dark) Romanticism, Renaissance, bauhaus
- forests, mountains, lakes (not just from your area)
- frogs, walruses, squirrels, sheep, goats -any kind of animal, basically
- old buildings
- vintage cards
- the arctic
- a card from a local art exhibition
- Inge Löök
- Pettersson & Findus
- Trees, Cacti or any other plant
I'm all for surprises though, feel free to choose whatever YOU like!
