I live in the wonderful city of Vancouver, on the west coast of Canada.

I'm 55, mother of one amazing daughter. I read a lot of mysteries, I write poetry, practice yoga.

My interests are cats, mindful living, yoga, morning rituals, sacred thoughts. Coffee!!!

I have no preference on what type of postcards I receive...I just want to connect with people all around the world.

I would like to love to find out a little about the person sending the postcard...what it is like where you live, the last book you read, a line from a poem. Even what the weather is like the day you write, the view from your window.
