Hello my name is Mona and I live in the North of Holland. I live with my friend. I have no children but my friend has two. A daughter and a son. We have a cat named Sammy.

The reason I joined Postcrossing is because I want to improve my English and because I'm interested in other people, countries and cultures. I have worked as a volunteer in a asylum center and I liked it a lot. I also like travelling. I'm happy I had the opportunity to visit a few countries I'm interested in, for example Cuba, Mexico, Israel, China, Turkey, Venezuela, Jordan, Egypt and Spain.

My hobby's are: watching movies, reading, having diner with friends, shopping, playing general knowledge-games on my cel phone, learning spanish.
One of my favourite writers are: Jojo Moyes, Nora Roberts, Catherine Cookson, Paulo Coelho, Lisa St Aubin de Teran and more.

Favourite music: Adele, Coldplay, Paolo Montanez, Moss, Vicentico, Leonard Cohen, Lucky Dube, Novastar, Pink etc.
