I'm an English PhD candidate writing about pop-culture, fans and science fiction. I have a passion for linguistics, am a big comedy fan, and love to hear new jokes. I also love musical comedy, and 50's, 60's and 70's music and fashion.

I would love to receive postcards with interesting landmarks or architecture on them from your local city/town/province. I hope to build up a list of interesting places to see when I travel.
I love black-and-white photographs/postcards, postcards with vintage cars and landscapes, and also cards with unusual pictures on them.
I'd also love to receive handmade cards; if you have the time to make me something I would treasure it!
And of course, I love pop-culture, so any postcards of your local or favourite pop-culture icons would be wonderful!

I love when people write something in their native language or local dialect (preferably with an English translation!) - I don't mind what you write at all! You could even write me a recipe if you like, because I love cooking.
