I'm very excited to start my postcrossing experience!
When I was a child and teenager, I used to have many pen pals and was always looking forward to the mail. Nowadays I mostly get bills and junk mail. So... with postcrossing I hope to change this! I like the idea that people send short messages around the world, thereby sending out good vibes, reliving the tradition of postcard writing and adding an additional aspect to globalization!

If you wonder what kind of card motives I would like: Well, basically anything. I like dancing, theatre, music, countrysides, atmospheres and everything that relates to the secrets and amusements of everyday life...
What I very much would like is that you write a bit more than "Happy Postcrossing" on the card - for example why you are part of postcrossing or why you chose to send me a particular card or whatever you would like to share with me.
