Hi, I'm Miriam Denise, but online people usually know me by Miri

I work full-time as a nurse in ward specialised on epilepsy. Occasionally I play violin although I stopped taking lessons some years ago, but music is an essential part of my life and an emotional valve if needed as well.

I love to watch Doctor Who and just really cute movies (Disney/Pixar usually works) on my own. I also love to watch Good Omens and Lucifer, but those are resseerved for watching with my girlfriend.
For reading I do enjoy Fantasy (especially by Trudi Canavan), but also went into game lore a little (Mass Effect Prequel series).
My musical taste is all over the place; Rock, Metal, but also Electroswing, or the occasional Pop song get me moving (and hopefully at some day dancing again).
I also practice Witchcraft, but mainly for protection of self and to get to know myself better and grow (because therapy can only do so much 😂)

And I LOVE cats! Currently with the apartment I'm in, I'm unable to get one (or more), but I'm planning to! Until then I'll be collecting all the cat postcards instead

As of March (2022) I discovered how much fun Bouldering is (and also how exhausting). But it's such a great way to get/stay fit, especially when you're going in a small group to push each other to your limits. (Update May: I'm still hyped; Update July: I now started Toprope Climbing as well)

PS: If you create handmade cards yourself, I would be super happy to receive them. There's so much heart and effort put in them. And if you choose to gift that away I will absolutely appreciate it <3 In fact I put my cards up on the wall, so I can appreciate them! For handmade cards I'll always have (or make) a spot available.

PPS: Since a lot of religions are anti-LGBT and oppressive, please don't send any such religious content. Keep them for whoever actually likes and appreciates them. Thank you
