Hi Everbody,

My name is Miranda and I am 30 years old. I live in the Netherlands in a town called Leiden.

I work as a pedagogical employee in the morning on a creche with children aged 2 to 4 years and in the afternoon on a after school care with children aged 4 to 6 years. I love my work, because children can be so funny and sweet all together. I like to make creative things with them. I get my ideas to make among other things from www.pinterest.com. A site that I love, such a great inspiration for home and work! If you don’t know it, I say you must really check it out ;-)

I really love music. At home I have always something on. And when the sun shines, I find it wonderful to enjoy it with a piece of music in my ears. I have a broad taste in music, I often like Dutch, pop and rock music. I am fan of Nick and Simon, who are Dutch music-artists ;-) But I also like music from musicals and so an.

In my spare time I like to go with friends to a concert or festival or to visit the theater for a musical or comic play. But just shopping, reading, working behind the computer, baking, drawing, movie/ tv watching and nice chat is also always nice to do of course.

You can write everything you like. Something personal or a story. What I also like to hear is a favorite quote, poem, line form a movie or song. Or a creative idea what I might can use for my work with the kids. Mostly I just hope to see more than just a short greetings.

About the postcards, you can read in my little story what i like and i also love black & white photography, nature (sunset, the moon, forrest, beach,...), children-book illustrations, disney or other cartoon figures, animals, funny pictures, something about your country, and so an....

But everything you send me is okay ;-)
I find it really exciting to receive everything you send to me.
