MickeyBlu lives with his wife in a cosy downtown Melbourne city apartment, right next to the famous food-centric Queen Victoria Markets (the largest outdoor market in the southern hemisphere). We face the sun rising over the distant Yarra Ranges and most mornings see 4 of 5 hot air balloons over the city & river. The electric trams pass right below us with their cheerful bells.

Having travelled and lived in a number of countries, I enjoy the tropics, cooking food of the world, train rides & road-trips, riding my Honda motorbike on the weekends, staying as a guest with airBNB, vinyl records, playing piano & acoustic guitar, architecture and watching Scandinavian police dramas.

Postcards that show the unique character of your hometown, or have a 'retro', 'vintage' funky, Art Deco or musical theme would be great! We love to cook, so you can send me a recipe from home and I will definitely try it out .... I'd also appreciate a recommendation on new music or bands to listen to.
