An aspiring chef based in Taiwan, I make all sorts of cuisine ranging from Asian to western ie. French, Italian etc and hoping to start my own bistro in the near future.

I'm an avid motorcycle rider and used to play tennis competitively before reality hit me with an epiphany that being a pro athelete in Asia probably isn't the best way to feed myself. And I also don't have much skills to offer society. So now I make food for people!

I majored in social sciences (which included fields like philosophy and psychology). Really dig astronomy, music, technology, and sports, although any card is welcome - it's the content you write on it that matters to me!

Most of all I'm extremely interested in hearing about your experiences living abroad and the wisdom you've obtained throughout the years of your life.
