Hello, nice to meet you!

My name is Babette (Babs) and I’m from Germany. Currently there are 3 activities I enjoy the most beside going to work (I am a surgical nurse from the bottom of my heart – trauma surgery and endoprosthetics):
- Our little daughter (almost 3 y.o.)
- Postcrossing
- Neopets (playing for 19 years now!)

I adore everything postcard: shopping, collecting, writing, decorating, marking new favourites, …
I spend a lot of time (often between 30-45 minutes per card) choosing the perfect card and to decorate it with washi tapes & stickers and possibly with a matching stamp.
It’s a joy, also when the receiver is happy about the card I sent.

I’m not a friend of usual touristic postcards. But feel free to send one if you don’t have anything else.
You can also take a blanko postcard and doodle something while you are on the phone.

Just in case you decide to send an envelope, maybe you want to add some stickers, anything small / tiny in yellow or purple, used stamps!? Put in your address and a wishlist, so I send something in return!

If you are in the mood, may I ask you for a drawing of my profile picture? No matter if it’s a sketchy doodle, a portrait, or a cartoon! You can use it as the postcard you send or draw on a small piece of paper. Whatever you prefer. It must be fun to get many various versions of the picture, I guess.
