What a amazing website this is! Receiving and sending postcards, real ones not the digital ones over the internet... It still exist!

Let me introduce myself first: I am Mathilde and I live in Culemborg. It’s officially a city but you can call it a village. We don’t have that many people here, about twenty-six thousand, I think. It's in the middle of the Netherlands beneath Utrecht, a more famous city.

Since 2009 I am attending a four years course in Utrecht. It’s a vocational school, a school for the applied arts. I am studying decorative and restorative painting techniques.

My interests goes to sailing, reading and writing, art, going out with friends, listening to music (all kind), drawing and painting, decorating, taking pictures of nature and buildings, cooking, going out for adventure and dancing.

I'm very interest in what your coutry is like, the buildings that you see when you look out your window, the language that you speak (words, phrases or sayings in your language, please transelate them for me) and the culture that you live in and the things that fasinate you.. Just the things you want to share. I like to read, so long stories are very welcome!

I hope you will be creative and maybe make your own postcard, that would be great! But any card you like to sent me is a pleasure to receive!

For the rest, I like to collect recipes. Maybe you could share me your favorite recipe. Little things like a poststamp or teabag from your country/region would be really nice to receive!
